×I need to create a scheduled automation rule that performs a specific action on cards a set number of weeks before their due date. However, my Trello Butler interface does not have the options to add the necessary conditions.
My Goal:
To have a reminder automatically posted on a card.
The Trigger:
This should happen 4 weeks before the card's due date. (I was able to do this action)
It should also happen 2 weeks before the card's due date.
The Condition:
The automation should not apply to cards that are labeled 'Woodward - Room Only'. (I can't figure out how to do this action)
The Action:
Tag the card owner. (I was able to do this action)
Post the comment: Review registration and notify Marketing / Sales of the current registration numbers for this event.(I was able to do this action)
My Butler interface does not have a clear way to add the condition 'that is not labeled' to the scheduled due date trigger, nor does it have a text-based command option. Can you please provide instructions for my specific workspace?"
I think instead of Scheduled, you should look at due date automations:
