How to change custom field date to an existing card, if depends on a new card move into board

Hello,

Here's the thing.

when the name of a card starts with "{cardname}", find a card titled "{cardname}", and move the date in custom field "date of purchase" to today

The thing is that i need the ''date of purchase'' custom field to be updated on the existing card, not the new one. The new one its just the alert of new income purchase.

Any help?

Can you share what you have tried so far? Do you have any screenshots as that could help us troubleshoot. Are you doing this via scripts or automation for Jira?

Basically, this tool would help me to automate  when a Client purchases, and update the date for me to follow-up this client next purchase,
