How to change the hour to deliver a card

Hello! I have just started using Trello to help my personal organization on my job.
I've seen that all the cards I have put a date to deliver, or to finish, have the same time for that: 9:00AM. And when I try to change it, it goes back do 9:00AM.

Am I doing something wrong? Or I cant't change it becaus it's the free plan?

Alan, could you try clearing your browser cache (or reboot your computer) to see if this issue persists.

I just cleared the browser cache and now it's working perfectly.
