How to move a Trello card automatically on a custom field date?

Is it possible to move a card based on a date set in a custom field?

I have several custom fields created with different dates, and I would like each card to automatically move to another list when its respective date arrives.

I’ve tried a few times to set this up, but I couldn’t get it to work.

You can create a scheduled automation rule that will run each day (can even select specific time) and will look for the custom field value of all the cards of the board to see if the date in the custom field's date matches today's date. It can then move the card to the required list.
