Hello, Ana!

It seems that our emails are being blocked from reaching your inbox due to an error on your company's end.

The error that I am seeing in our system is the following:

554 5.7.1 <DATA>: Data command rejected: blocked due to too many messages per time lapse

Because of this, I would recommend reaching out to your IT team and letting them know so they can take a look and see if there's anything on their end that would be restricting Atlassian emails from coming in.
