With regards to your question of how to differentiate the two Trello apps when asking a Community question, you should be able to choose either one when submitting a question, as both will be linked to the account you're logged in with.
As there isn't currently a way to differentiate, I'll log an internal feature suggestion with our Atlassian Community team to add a way for members to identify which Trello app to select if there are multiple listed.
