Can I get the title from trello card to the title in my automatic mail?

Hi. I would like to have the title of my card to be automaticly put in the title of an email.

I'm looking in to an automation which sends an email to my client when the card is put in to a special list. That is not a problem to do but I would like the title to match on both the card and email.

Example: the card is named Hello 123 - it gets moved to a list - an email is sent with the title Hello 123. Next card is named Hello 456 - it gets moved to a list - an email is sent with the title Hello 456.

Is that possible to do?

Yes, it is definitely possible to do this. In Trello, we have automation variables which allows you to reference certain parts of the card in an email sent by Trello automation. 🤩

For example, you could include the variable: {cardname} in the email subject, email contents (or both if you wish!)

Here's an example rule I created for "When a card is moved into Test List A, send an email notification to example@example.com with a subject and message"
