How to contact support without being able to login

We are not able to access our Trello account (e-mail is not existing anymore). However, it seems that we cannot reach Trello support without logging in. Any idea?

I have the same issue. I lost my email account and can not access anymore! How can I change for my regular email and access my board?

Hi @Maria Alberici 

For security reasons, we have protocols in place to ensure that only authorized users can access and modify account details. Access to the email inbox is typically required in order to prove authorization, and it's crucial to maintain access to your email inboxes in order to maintain access to your online accounts.

In the situation where you lost access to an email inbox that you own (like a personal gmail email address for example), there are a couple of options to consider:

  1. Reactivate your current mailbox: This would allow you to log in and update your email address to something else.
  2. Create a new account: If reactivating the mailbox is not feasible, you might consider creating a new account with the desired email address. If you were working on a Trello board with other people, they can invite your new email address to the board so you may continue working on it while logged into your new account.

Additionally, if your previous session is still active, you may be able to log in and make the email address account change directly.
