Hi, I am from India. I have set my time zone to India in the Atlassian account.
All my cards set to repeat mode using Repeater Power up, show up on the board one day early. For example, a card for Monday will show up on Sunday!
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to fix this? It's been two days since the time zone was set in Trello. Yet the cards still appear a day early. Does it take more time for the system to reset the time zone?
Hi Suni,
Welcome to the community,
I just tested and the Card Repeater respected my timezone. Could you:
1- Set a new timezone and then go back to the correct one on your Atlassian account.
2- If you're using the desktop or mobile app the application will respect the timezone set on your device. Double check the timezone you set on your desktop or mobile device. Sometimes it's using the wrong timezone but the hour was manually changed to match the correct one.
(!) Alternatively, a possible workaround would be to use Automation to create cards using a Scheduled rule. We have more information about this new functionality below:
* More Power for your scheduled Trello Card Automations!
* Scheduled repeating cards
Let me know how it goes. Have a great day
I am from India and facing the same problem. In fact, every time you click the "Repeat" button on the card and save without changing anything there, the "Next Repeat" day moves down by one.
For example, I click the Repeat button, set the card to repeat on the 1st of every month and save. On the card, I see "Next Repeat" as "October 31, 2024 at 06:00 AM". Then I just click the repeat button again and click save without changing anything. The "Next Repeat" date on the card appears as "October 30, 2024 at 06:00 AM".
Definitely a bug!

Hi Rutu,
Could you also check the language and timezone on your device? If you want to share them with me I'll be happy to test it.
A workaround would be to use Automation as I mentioned in my message above.
