I have added a new user to a new workspace. She is getting notifications about activities but when she goes to the app and tries to go to the workspace/board, there are boards active for her. Could you please assist?

Could you please share the affected username so I can take a closer look on my end? Additionally, please ensure that the user is logging in with the correct email address. Sometimes, users may have multiple accounts, such as one associated with their work email and another with their personal email.

I had her log in on a browser and she had access to the workspace/boards. So we just deleted the app and redownloaded and when she signed in that time, the boards were visible in the app!
