I used my company email domain to register a Trello account. One day, my company email was accidentally blocked, which prevented me from accessing my Trello account. After the email was unblocked, I tried to log in to Trello again, but I received a notification saying that the account did not exist.

I then created a new account using the same email address, but all the data from the old account was lost. Is there any way to recover the data from the previous account?

Recovering Trello data after creating a new account with the same email can be tricky, but try these steps:

  1. Contact Trello Support – Explain your situation; they may help recover your data.
  2. Check Backups – If your company has backups, ask IT for a restore.
  3. Ask Team Members – They might still have board access and can re-invite you.
  4. Review Emails – Past Trello notifications may contain useful data.
  5. Check Audit Logs – If using Trello Enterprise, logs may help track changes.
  6. Prevent Future Loss – Use backups and ensure email access remains stable.

If Trello Support can't recover your data, it may be lost permanently.

Hi @Nguyễn Hoàng Phương Anh

Welcome to the community!

You can contact Trello support,  They may have a way to move your data through backend access.
