Trello - Board is not sorted by date at the entire team

Hi Community,

we have set up a butler for a board so that a certain Trello column on the board is sorted by date (ascending).

However, this does not work for all users in the entire team. Could it be a personal setting of the users that prevents this? Or where else could you look - does anyone know a tip?

Hi Frank, 

If you set the cards to order in one account it'll order the cards for all users. There isn't a way to have multiple orders for different users. If the user is seeing a different order I'd recommend checking if they are using a filter and Troubleshooting their browser.
