Some user (@financeiro73074892) remove myself and my partners from my workspace and my boards without my permition. And I don't know who this user is, because it wasn't in my workspace. So, I need my workspace and boards back, 'cause I use it for work, and I don't know how to get it back. And I want to know who is this user, that I can't figure out who is.

Hi @Aline Netto,

Thanks for reaching out.

I'm sorry to hear about this, and I understand your concerns here.

A member can only remove another member from a board or Workspace if they are an admin.

Since the user had admin permissions, they were able to remove you and other members from the boards and the Workspace. You can read more about admin permissions here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-admin-capabilities/

While we cannot reassign those permissions to you, I'd recommend to try and identify the user in question and reach out to them directly.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.
