Tracking work, capacity and roadmap for a small team

I want to know if it is possible to track capacity assigned to a team member who is working on multiple projects and the capacity can change over time depending on new projects/activities/assignments on a weekly, monthly basis. Typically, I want to see a roadmap of all the projects activities tasks assigned to my team members who are PMs tracking and working on multiple projects / activities/ tasks.... Is this possible to do easily intuitively for a small team without much overhead like the basic trello tracker?

You can explore power-ups for Trello.
For example, in Planyway you can connect multiple Trello boards to the same timeline view grouped by people. The view will show you who is doing what and when on the card and checklist item level if needed, plus you'll see all the dependencies to track work easily.

The capacity planning feature allows users to see how much time or effort is allocated to each work item and quickly see when someone is over capacity or available for additional work. Using the drag-and-drop feature, you can also adjust workloads as new projects are assigned.
