Trello wants to design his own UX?

Hello,

I am using a Macbook Pro / MacOS. I explicitly turned off the Notifications for Trello in System Settings so I focus on my work.

But recently, Trello is still catching my attention? Why is the icon bouncing around in my dock? I said I explicitly don't want to see any messages/notifications. How can I turn that off then?
