My team and I are trying to use a fillable form from Google docs and when we copy it from card to card and make updates it changes all copies of the form. We need to be able to fill out part of the form, attach it to a card, make updates to the form and have it save the changes for that card only. What is the best way to do that in Trello?
One possibility is to use "custom fields" in a card. With custom fields, you can decide which fields to include in a card, and use the fields like a form.
In order to help set this up, you can start with a template card with the standard custom fields defined. When you then copy this template to your new card, you can adapt the custom fields to your need.
Thanks Marc! We have tried the custom form, but have fields that contain a lot of text and we weren’t able to find a way to resize that field so all of the text would be visible - do you know of a way?

@Western Star Field ServiceIf there is a lot of text involved, it might make more sense to link to the google docs, as opposed to directly including the text in the card.
