Why can't I add more collaborators?

I am getting a message on my Trello account informing me that I reached the 10 collaborator limit, however, I can see on my account I only have 7 collaborators.

Is this a bug?

Thank you for reaching out to the Trello Community!

I just checked your workspace details. You have 1 admin of the workspace and 9 guests, which makes a total of 10 collaborators.  As @Femke Lucassen mentioned, the limit applies on the whole workspace, so if you need to add another user, you first need to remove someone from the workspace.

please check the workspace settings. probably there are 10 members in total. the limit of 10 is over the whole workspace. not only 1 board
