Why did Trello remove the ticket collapse and color feature?

I find it absolutely ridiculous that Trello would take away the ticket collapse and color feature. My team moved to Trello less than a month ago, and it has become one of our favorite features - the ability to collapse tickets helped me better compartmentalize which tickets to focus on, and the color coding helped us visualize urgency. 

The removal of these features does not make any sense, and I would like to request that the Trello team bring back those features and also include them on mobile.

Just to clarify, when you mention the "ticket collapse feature," are you referring to the ability to collapse lists? If so, this feature is indeed available, but please note that it’s only accessible on paid plans.

According to their announcement, they wanted to transform Trello from a "project management app" to a "personal productivity companion" with:

• AI-powered task capture
• Calendar integration
• Cross-platform task collection (email, Slack, Teams, voice)
• and so on. 

Here was it reasonable to adopt a new UI . 

Atlassian rolled out the new UI in an long term, so it could be , that you start with the old ui and become now the new.
