log in error via trello APP on Mac

I am able to log in to Trello with two factor (my finger print) on browser. But when I try to log in via APP on my MAc i get error saying - your securitity key could not complete authentication. 
how can I add my finger print so i can log ind to Trello via app?

Hi Inga, 

There isn't a native feature to log in with your fingerprint. Unfortunately the only methods we support are the password and social buttons such as Gmail and Apple. 

I understand Mac can save your password and allow you to log in once you used your fingerprint. But I'm afraid we can't support you in this feature, since it's a Apple feature.
