upgrade to premium with previous collaborators - how make sure they all have access to the board?

I have a workspace with 3 boards.

One board is shared and used by our client - there are 10+ of them collaborating.

I've just started the free trial with the intention of continuing.

Do I need to pay for all users on that board $10 per user per month or just one for the one workspace?

The card details page only shows one - I want everyone to have the highest level of access to be able to collaborate and use all teh tools.

Please can someone contact me as I also need to change the workspace email address but can't see how / where to do this.
I spoke to someone in sales on a call on Monday and they had no clue (only how to sell!)
This is urgent as all our work is on these boards!!

Hello, Anna!

For your Trello Premium Workspace, you only need to pay for Workspace members and Multi-board guests. If users are just members of a single board within your Premium Workspace, you don't need to pay for them. You can find more details here: Trello Billing Information.

Currently, you have two Workspace members, so you'll be billed for both. If you prefer not to be billed for one of them, you can remove the extra member and keep only yourself in the Workspace. Instructions for removing people can be found here: Removing People from a Workspace.

Since you're using Trello with an Atlassian account, you can update your email address through your Atlassian account profile. To do this, visit Atlassian Manage Profile and enter your new email address. You'll receive an email with a confirmation link. Follow the link and log in with your previous email. After that, your new email address will be updated on your profile.

Additionally, since you have an active subscription, you can open a support ticket with us through our portal: Atlassian Support. This option is available only for active subscriptions and you can have more priority there.
