I'm a trained/certified Scrum Master, & Project Management Professional. I love opportunities to improve processes, & enabling better decision making. Too often Execution Teams, Leadership Teams, PMOs, & more enable flexibility so much, its to their detriment. Many decision makers have the false belief that normalizing/institutionalizing anything is a bad thing. Have your cake & eat it to. Just normalize/institutionalize what SHOULD BE, & be flexible everything else. Lets do better, together. :)
