A former journalist with a penchant for IT who morphed into a tech writer. Started as an Authoring Lead for Skype, then writing docs for a 40-year mainframe software and leading the migration from AIT to Confluence. I have one CMS-related US patent to my name. These days I'm building the writing team, the doc set, and the doc site at Emplifi, designing roadmaps for doc migrations, and tinkering with CMSs.
