I'm moving from a self-hosted version of Jira to the Cloud Version.  Smartcommits work fine between my self-hosted version and GitHub.  I've added the GitHub App to Jira and configured it, but when I add the tags in my commits, nothing is happening.  Where is the best place to look to debug this? Thanks.
