Why do Featured Topics not show up?

I'm using Confluence Questions in the Cloud.  I have marked several topics as Featured, so why don't they show up in the Featured Topics list?

Have you raised this with Atlassian support yet?  It doesn't seem they are monitoring this area sad

We're also suffering from this issue, all our featured topics don't show and we have the banner alert.

I've tried toggling the "Featured" flag on and off again, and creating new topics. Nothings seems to work.
