Automation Jira Server: Create issue & Create Sub-tasks are not available in New Action step

Hi Community,

I am trying to automate creating sub-tasks upon creation of an issue type Release but "Create sub-task", "Create issue"  and several other options are not available for me (they are grey on the screenshot). Upon hovering over it says that "This is a Pro Component. Remove this component to reenable your rule". 
Jira Server, I am Jira Admin.
Any ideas how to resolve this are much appreciated.

Hi @Veronika , is your version of A4J PRO? If you are unsure can you check under the installed apps?
