My Credit Card expired, I got a new one. I want to udate my Card Details but your system is not allowing it. I am on a monthly billing and I want to pay for the month of October. Please help.

I understand that you have already tried editing the Expired Card Details and were unable to complete the process.

  • You would like to find an alternate method to complete the Bill payment for the Month of October. Please correct me if I am wrong.


The best method I can suggest is to edit the Card details and then complete the payment on https://admin.atlassian.com/billing

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
  • From the side navigation, select Payment method.
  • Find your card and select Edit.
  • Follow the prompts to make edits.
