My Credit Card expired, I got a new one. I want to udate my Card Details but your system is not allowing it. I am on a monthly billing and I want to pay for the month of October. Please help.

I understand that you have already tried editing the Expired Card Details and were unable to complete the process.
You would like to find an alternate method to complete the Bill payment for the Month of October. Please correct me if I am wrong.
The best method I can suggest is to edit the Card details and then complete the payment on https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
