Dear Atlassian Billing Support,
I am writing to request a refund for a recent payment charged to my card on September 28 for the Bitbucket service. Immediately after the payment was processed, I switched our plan to the Free mode, as we no longer require the paid subscription.
Since the card was charged but the service plan was downgraded right after, I kindly ask for a refund of the payment made on September 28.
