Is there a way to Copy and Paste a Word Document with inserted images into Confluence?  We want to use the features in Confluence to make the document searchable and not upload the Word/PDF.

I have sometimes been able to get a Copy/Paste from Word into a a Confluence page to work when the copied block included images, but it has not worked consistently for me. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my using Word on a Mac, or a Chrome Incognito window.
