Embed Forms in page

I created a form in Confluence Cloud using the app "Forms and Surveys". Is there a way to embed the survey to the page? Or can it just be looked at using the Forms button or link

Have you tried getting in touch with the vendor directly? The app doesn't have many installs so I doubt you will find many other customers in here with the right experience.

You can also try another option and create the forms you need in Microsoft Forms.

They can be easily embedded into your Confluence Cloud with our addon - Microsoft Forms for Confluence.
