Error message when trying to create a Gliffy Diagram from the triple-dots menu

Hi Team,

Showing message when attempting to create a Gliffy diagram using the triple-dot menu next to the Create button, we can insert a Gliffy diagram onto a page through a macro, but it doesn't seem to work from the Create page templates. Is this a known issue, or is there something we need to change in the application to make it work?
