The documentation tells me that I should be looking under GENERAL CONFIGURATION>LICENCE, but this option simply isn't there.
Is this because I am on a trial?
Thanks
Hi James,
You need to check https://my.atlassian.com, that's not inside your instance. In there, you should be able to see any licenses in your name:

Hope this helps.
Cheers,

Can you try navigating to: https://allieshq.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/systeminfo.action and tell me if you see your Support Entitlement Number in there?

Hi Steve
Thanks for this, but I've just tried that and the installation just hangs. Been like that for about five minutes now.

Hi James,
go to /<contextPath>/admin/license.action
if your contextPath is the root node, just use /admin/license.action
e.g.
http://your.ho.st/admin/license.action
Or take a look on your license at http://my.atlassian.com
Regards
Steve
