How to disable/remove AI prompts in replies

Hi All,

Today I've noticed a new prompt in JSM reply boxes that says "Draft a reply".
Can this be disabled and removed?

@HasanSheriff This randomly disappeared from our instance now. No more "Draft Reply" :)

@Tim Posselwhite Me too! I noticed that it's appeared and disappeared a couple of times since I first posted about it, but now that it's gone, I hope it stays that way!

Hey!

I have the same issue. 

Annoyingly I cant disable the draft a reply either. Me as org admin can click it and get information to buy premium, but my colleagues (who is only agents) cannot even click it.

No AI apps enabled in my instance either and I have nothing to disable in the Settings -> Intelligence.

Would be great to have this removed from Internal & Customer comment!

I wonder if it has anything to do with Platform experiences... Hmm!

You can deactivate AI in JSM if you are the organizational admin. Check out the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/activate-atlassian-intelligence-for-products/

Hi @Laura Campbell,

Thanks for the quick reply.
We have no apps activated with AI so there is nothing to disable/remove.
It's just annoying to have this prompt appear here in an attempt to sell something to me.

I can understand if they email me something to let me know a feature is available, but to shove it in my face (and all the other JSM agents) when I'm working is a low blow.

Since AI is already disabled in Administration, I'm assuming there absolutely nothing that can be done to remove the "do you want fries with that" that appears in every reply box.
