Hi Atlassian community!
Posting this question here as I wasn't able to find any existing information so wanted to see if anyone had an answer to this.
Context: Created a JSM help desk to be used as an internal chat bot and connected multiple Confluence spaces as knowledge bases. We love that with Atlassian Intelligence the bot is able to provide answers based on articles that is in the linked spaces. (I understand the current limitations with knowledge hubs is that it's not able to scan through attached documents such as PDFs or PPTs)
Issue for my org: We also have a lot of information stored in Zendesk and would love to connect those information over to one of the knowledge spaces.
Question: Does Atlassian currently support any API integrations with Zendesk which would allow for the Atlassian bot to scan for the information in Zendesk?
I know that there's API on Zendesk that allows you to extract information and make it available elsewhere...
For example, using OpenAI, you can build a tool that can tap into both Confluence and Zendesk.
Rovo, I think, can connect to multiple sources - including Zendesk

Personal opinion: Given the fact how bad content management on Zendesk is, I'd migrate the knowledge base from Zendesk to Confluence :)
