I am having trouble with the Jira Command Line Interface connection.

I set up the app today, installed the client on my device, created an API and configured the site with my email and the API all perfectly.

Unfortunately, when I try to do anything with it, I keep getting User is not authorized. Response code: 401.

So far I've only been trying to run basic commands to get information as test, but they all error out. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @Alberto Y ,

For this issue, it would be better to reach out to the vendor's support at support@appfire.com

Thanks! Really new to Jira so I wasn't sure where to go.
