Good Morning everyone,
we got a new colleague yesterday that I wanted to invite to our Atlassian Stack. While Jira/Atlassian does say it has send an invitation link, this is however not getting received.
Is there anything I can do except updating the anti-spam filter?
I would be grateful for all the help.

If the user has checked their spam/junk folders please raise a ticket with Atlassian support so the can check to see if the email address is being blocked.
