We have a web form on our website that generates a ticket for anyone who is unable to reset their password. However, JSM creates the ticket with a staff member as the Reporter rather than the customer. Is there a way to have the default Reporter be the customer who submitted the ticket? Thank you.

Have you created a Widget that sits on your Web page?
Assume that you have then assigned that to a Request Type?
Is this the case?
