Hello!
I changed the content of the notification for when a solicitation is created, of a project which I am one of the administrators. Although when I created a new solicitation to test if it worked, I received a different message.
I suppose this message I received might be configured in a higher level, maybe a global configuration which I don't have enought privileges to access.
Could somebody tell me if there's is another way of making it work?

Can you please share the screenshot of the modified Customer Notification content and the email notification that you actually received?
In Jira/JSM, there are two types of Notifications, Jira notification and JSM Notification (Customer Notification). If the customer has "access to both the Portal and the JSM project, they probably receive both notifications.
