Example, I want to to create a table where in a cross-business project wherein I should be able to filter based on domain IDs/email ID such as yashwani@xyz.com and johndoe@abc.com. Is there a dimension in EazyBI or Jira filter?
Hi @Wani, Yash ,
Unfortunately, there is no such option in eazyBI by default. One way you can group users is by user groups. For example, you can select the Assignee Groups dimension for import in the eazyBI import options "Additional options" tab. Please see more details on the eazyBI documentation page - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira#DatafromJira-Additionaldimensionsforusergroups,intervals,andissuelinkfields.
Suppose user groups in your environment do not segregate the users. In that case, you can try to import the domain for each user as an Assignee dimension "User" level property with the additional data import. After that, you can create a new hierarchy in the Assignee dimension that groups users by this property. Please see more details here - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/custom-hierarchies.
Best,
