Hi community, I need some help please.
I made a form in English language and I need it in Spanish too.
Is it possible to have this form available in these 2 languages? in the same way that you can configure a "request type" in "project settings > Language support".
To be clear, I need the fields and text I put in the form to be automatically translated for those people who use JSM in Spanish.
Reviewing the configuration of the form, I left it as indicated in the image, but the content of the form is still in the "English" language.
Thanks for your collaboration! 🙏🏻
Unfortunately, it is my understanding that for multi-language supports for FORMs is still being considered and worked on by Atlassian, and it is not available yet. You can add yourself to this enhancement ask to get updates on the enhancement progress -

As a workaround - please review the following KB article for implementation -
Hope this helps.

Hello Dario
Thank you for posting on the Atlassian community. Actually, there are two ways you can achieve this.
OPTION 1
Translate All Request Type Names, Field Names, and even the content of field dropdowns. For example
Request Type Name: Service Request/Petición de servicio
Field Name: Type of Document/Tipo de documento
Field DropDown:
pdf format/formato pdf
Word format/Formato de Word
NOTE: In option 1, you will archive your translation for both English and Spanish objectives BUT you need to add / between English and French translations, and also it will look messy. However, there is another option;
OPTION 2
On your Jira instance, navigate to Project > Project Settings > Language Support >Add Language. Once added, review all the form field translations and correct them, Once corrected save.
NOTE:
Please see the link below for more details and I hope this helps.
