The forwarding email address many times it's added as a 'Request Participant'.
How to fix that?

What do you mean exactly? Can you describe with an example?
Emails in the TO and CC field of an email will be added as request participants.
And depending on you settings users will also be created when they do not exist yet in JSM and they send an email.
I think I have a the same issue.
Customer@customer.com sends an email to person@company.com. This person forwards this email message to support@company.com, which is the email account connected to JSM.
Customer@customer.com is not in the CC of the forwarded email, but is added as request participant.
