×Hello
I want to provide customer service to people who don't have a Jira account through Jira Service Management.
If a person who does not have a jira account registers an inquiry, he or she will enter an email address, but I am worried.
If the user writes the wrong email address and makes an inquiry, we have no way to find it.
So my question is!
Can I have the portal field configuration enter the mail address that the user created once again?
If you hear the email address, I want to mark it separately and let you know.
Hi @조강표
I believe you have enabled the "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in" setting in JSM's Customer Access as explained here. Your main concern is if the user entered the wrong email address.
However, I am not very clear with your question. Can you explain again what you want to achieve to solve the above concern?
Thank you,
Marini
