JSM- agents

In the JSM portal, if we have 2 projects - project 1 and project 2, are the agents counted separately for each of them or counted together? Thank you.

The number of JSM agents counts towards the licenses of the product, rather than projects.

Hi @Violeta Teofilova

The JSM agents (as well as Jira users) are being summed up, no matter how many projects you have. Of course, if you have the same agent added to more than one project, it's still one Agent :)
