Hello ,
when my project 1 arrive to a In progress I create a task in project 2 automatically.
When task is done from project 2 the status changed to under admin process in project 1 and I want to create a task in project 3 and relate it to project 1.
what is going with me than i can relate project 2 to project 3, but for me i want to related project 3 to project 1
Is it feasible?
This should be possible with multiple automations, what I can think of is below three automations:
Automation 1 : Task from project 1 moves to In Progress, creates task in project 2 & link them together.
Automation 2 : When Linked Issue status changed to Done status, change status of Task from Project 1 to Admin process.
Automation 3 : Create an automation with Issue transition trigger when issue transition to status Admin Process, create task in project 3 & link them together just like automation 1.
Hope this helps.
Hello @Vishal
I tried the way you say but because the second automation , the third is not working ,.
When the status changed automatically it didn't go through the third automation.

Please make sure to check this box in the rule details of automation 3, if unchecked, the third automation will never trigger.
Check this box & see if it works & let me know how does that go.
