how to see what user groups can access?

Hi Community, 

We have a setup with users groups without product access defined. 

We add users to a group and then the group is added to ex. a confluence space or Jira project. 

I have access to the admin console but i am looking for a solution to see which spaces and projects a specific user group can access. 

Anyone who found a way to do this?
