Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.

I18N-2846: Unable to create issue if date time picker field is used in Japanese UI

What is the value which is automatically filled when you use the calender icon available near the date field instead of entering manually?
Can you share a screenshot displaying the calender and auto filled value?

Hi @tnkaaa_vs
Please check your time zone under personal settings and then try to change the language (or select proper timezone/ language if not already done).
This can also cause this issue.

I may have found a solution.
When I selected 1 week for the period and clicked "開始"(start) button, only the start date seemed valid.
So, when I didn't use calendar button, and input "午後" manually, the sprint started successfully!
There seems to be an issue in language localization.
(My timezone is set to (GMT+09:00) Tokyo, and language is set to Japanese)
