3 level of traceability matrix

I need to create 3 level of traceability matrix in JIRA atlassian:

Epics > User Story > Test Case > Test Execution > Defects

Currently I am able to do 

Epics >  Test Case > Test Execution > Defects

User Story > Test Case > Test Execution > Defects

But is there any workaround to create the level of traceability I need? 

Any answers would help..

You seem to be creating a deeper hierarchy of issues than what JIRA supports.  If you just need the traceability, regardless of structure, please consider the following...

There are probably marketplace add-ons to support additional traceability for test and defect management.  Those add-on products would have additional costs per month.

For out-of-the-box JIRA, you could use issue linking or custom fields and automation rules to provide that information.  The limiting factor is how your Test Cases and Test Executions are implemented, as that could make any reporting more complex.
