My account was suspended due to a number of users too important. I deleted some accounts (7 now) but it still remains suspended.

Hi Antonin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Accounts don't usually get suspended due to the number of users. They just don't let you add more. Can you share a screenshot of the exact error you receive?
