Add Affects version/s field to customer portal

  • I have added the below field to my  project and screen however I can't get this option to show on the customer portal

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Fields to display on customer portal are define on Request Type fields. Go to Project settings->Request Types, Choose the request type you want to show your customer field and click "Edit fields" on that request type.

Hi @NC 

We recently launched a new app that allows to prompt users for the affected version on customer portal.

The form would show a project field with cascading version and/or component

You may try it on our demo environment
