Can i edit the section in the bottom of the page with the open date, due date, resolved date that appears?
i know that in server version you can do dates section with these dates- than it will be seen more clearly on the page.

And can I add start date? (Default now) or resolve date added into the section above where there are reporters, assignees etc?

The custom field should appear in the section on the right side. Similar to the My Start Date in the image.

The default resolved date should automatically appear along with the other dates. I believe this might be invisible because the default is it stays hidden when empty.
This should be populated when the resolution is set on your ticket automatically.
