Adding story point form subtask to story: and from story to Epic

Hi,

I would like to set up a dynamic rule that would allow me to add the effort points of the subtasks on the story.

Moreover when this number is updated on the story, it must be reflected on my epic.
As my epic has several stories, I have to add the effort points at the epic level.

I can't for the moment make this field dynamic, just add up. When I lower my effort points, my value is not updated.
